Petlaurels  Confectionaries

Over the years, Petlaurels Confectionaries has successfully trained excellent professionals who are either self-employed or are working in eatries and hotels in and around the country.

 

Petlaurels Confectionaries presently have four(4) basic programmes/courses to choose from, one at a time, which are presented at our Kitchen in Mushin (Inside Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Opposite School of Nursing) or by Home  Training (individual training with student(s) in their respective homes).

 

 

 

COURSES TO CHOOSE FROM ARE:

 

 

 

 

1.       CAKE BAKING & DECORATION                  -         10 Weeks

 

 

2.       SNACKS                                                         -      6 - 8 Weeks

 

3.       SMALL CHOPS                                              -      6 - 8 Weeks

 

4.       EVENT PLANING AND MANAGEMENT      -            4 Weeks

 

 TIME:   9a.m. - 12:00 noon  ON   Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

 

Petlaurels Confectionaries provide some of the basic aids  used in our teaching/training sessions, so as to provide an easy and distraction free training session for both lecturer and student even after training. 

 

In overall, we end up training some of the best hands available in the industry.
