This class is designed to teach students/participants who are interested in cake business or knowledge, but have no time or limited time go to classes, that is why this program is scheduled to come up Saturdays and Sundays Only (You may contact us for Home Training and schedule time for yourself). Even a novice to cake can join, it is 95% sure that he/she will hindsights of confectioneries baking and cake decorations, with the fore and hindsight of the business fundamental acumen we will be imparting to the participants, we can assure every participants that successful business attitude in Confectioneries baking and Decoration will be created in them.

* Colouring icings and combining colours
* Using embossers, cutters, knives, spatulars/smooters, molds and laces
* Covering cakes with different icings
* Piping, lining and writng on cakes
* Making edible pearls, drapes, sugar crystals and glass gem
* Molding with fondant
* Removing stains and repairing fondants tears
* Making Fondant and Butter icing roses, flowers and leaves
* Making two tones roses with butter icing
* Working with glitters, sprinckles and luster dusts
* Designs, stacking and transporting
